Generator
Create a bank-style PDF and CSV from your MetaMask self-custody address. Paste your public 0x address — never your seed phrase. Optional wallet-signed mode uses a read-only MetaMask signature to show address control.

Common Questions
Do I need to connect MetaMask or share my seed phrase?
Never share your seed phrase. For a standard statement, paste your public 0x address only. Optional Wallet-Signed mode asks MetaMask to sign a read-only message — no funds move.
Which assets can I document from MetaMask?
CryptoBankStatement supports Ethereum mainnet ETH, ERC-20 USDC and ERC-20 USDT, plus Bitcoin when you use a Bitcoin address. Layer 2 networks are not currently supported.
Can I use this if my funds are on Coinbase or Binance?
No. Exchange balances are custodial and often off-chain. Download the exchange export instead. This tool is for self-custody addresses such as MetaMask.
Will a MetaMask statement be accepted by my bank?
Acceptance depends on the receiving institution. A structured PDF with verification ID is easier to review than a screenshot, but no format guarantees acceptance.
Where do I find my MetaMask public address?
Open MetaMask, select the account, and copy the address that starts with 0x. That is the only identifier needed for a standard statement.
