How to Get a MetaMask Transaction History PDF
MetaMask shows activity in-wallet. Reviewers usually want a shareable PDF with balances and a clear trail.
To produce a MetaMask transaction history PDF without sharing secrets: copy your public 0x address from MetaMask, paste it into CryptoBankStatement, choose ETH/USDC/USDT and a date range, then download the PDF and CSV after preview.
Never enter your seed phrase on any website. Optional wallet-signed mode uses a read-only MetaMask signature to prove address control.
Find your public address
In MetaMask, select the account and copy the address starting with 0x. That string is safe to paste into CryptoBankStatement. Your Secret Recovery Phrase is not.
Generate the PDF
- Go to /start and paste the address
- Select ETH, USDC or USDT for the period required
- Preview the blurred statement
- Pay £1 / $1 to download PDF and CSV
Optional: prove control
If a reviewer asks whether you control the MetaMask account, choose Wallet-Signed Statement and approve the read-only personal_sign challenge. The verify page will show the signature method.
How CryptoBankStatement can help
The MetaMask statement landing page and /start wizard walk through address entry, period selection, optional signing, and download.
Important limitations
CryptoBankStatement is not a bank, accountant, solicitor, tax adviser, immigration adviser or financial adviser. This content is not legal, tax, financial, immigration or banking advice. The receiving institution decides what documents it accepts. Only Ethereum mainnet assets supported here. MetaMask activity on other networks is out of scope.

Frequently asked questions
- Does CryptoBankStatement connect to MetaMask by default?
- A standard statement does not require a connection — only the public address. Connection is used for optional wallet-signed signing.
- Can I export activity from the MetaMask app alone?
- MetaMask is excellent for day-to-day use, but reviewers often want a bank-style PDF. A dedicated statement export fills that gap.
- What if my tokens are on Polygon or Base?
- Those networks are not supported yet. Stick to Ethereum mainnet ETH/USDC/USDT for this tool.
- Is this safe?
- Never share your seed phrase. Public addresses are meant to be shared to receive funds. Signing a read-only message does not transfer assets when you follow the in-product challenge.
- Will my bank accept a MetaMask PDF?
- Acceptance depends on the receiving institution. Ask them what format they need before you submit.
