AMLD 5 and AMLD 6 require source-of-funds documentation for property and large transfers. MiCA brings CASPs under harmonised rules. A structured statement with EUR equivalents helps notaries in Spain, Italy, France, and Germany review self-custody activity without reading raw Etherscan pages.
